Buying Cooking Appliances from Robert Dyas: Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

Products will be delivered by City Link to mainland UK addresses between 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

The standard delivery charge is £4.95. Robert Dyas aims to deliver orders within 7 working days, and when your cooking appliance is ready for dispatch, they will email you to let you know.

If you are unavailable the first time City Link attempt a delivery for Robert Dyas, the delivery driver will leave a card giving you the depot number. You will then have the option of collecting your cooking appliance, or waiting for the second delivery attempt.

This second delivery attempt will usually be made the following day. If you are out the second time, an extra delivery charge of £15 will apply, and another delivery date will have to be arranged.

A premium next day delivery service is available for large and bulky items. Smaller cooking appliances will only be delivered using the standard delivery service.

If the cooking appliance you have ordered is out of stock, delivery will take longer. Robert Dyas will send your cooking appliance to you as soon as new stock arrives.

Buying Cooking Appliances from Robert Dyas: Returns and Refunds

Any unwanted cooking appliance can be returned to a Robert Dyas store. There is a store locator facility on their website. If you cannot get to a store, contact Robert Dyas and they will arrange for one of their couriers to collect your cooking appliance.

This returns service is free of charge. Your cooking appliance must be returned within 7 days and be as new, unless it is faulty. You will be entitled to a full refund.

If you arrange to have the cooking appliance collected from your home, you must be in to hand the goods to the Robert Dyas courier.

You can cancel your order within 7 days of receipt by phoning or emailing Robert Dyas.
