Buying Cooking Appliances: Refunds and Exchanges

Returns should be made within 28 days and the item should be in fully re-sellable condition and in its original undamaged packaging. If the cooking appliance has not been returned in fully re-sellable condition, a refund may be refused, or you may be offered a refund of up to 20% less than the original selling price.

Returns can be made either by courier collection or by returning the product to a store.

You can arrange for a courier collection by completing a form on the website. You will need to include your order number, stock number, the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement. You will then be emailed further instructions. The courier will collect the product from you free of charge.

To return the appliance to a store, simply take the despatch note and the product you wish to return to the appropriate department in the shop.
