Empire Direct aims to process and deliver orders within 2-3 days after your payment has been received.

Delivery charges start from just £1.49 per order. This applies to the UK mainland only. AM and Saturday deliveries will cost extra.

Non-mainland UK deliveries will be subject to a higher delivery cost, and may also take longer than 2-3 days.

If your item is not in stock, delivery will be delayed by up to 14 days. If it takes any longer than this, you are entitled to cancel your order.

It can also take between 10 and 14 days for delivery if the cooking appliance has been specially ordered for you, or if it is being delivered direct from the manufacturer.

You will be required to sign for your appliance on delivery.

Empire Direct allows you to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of your cooking appliance.

All goods returned must be ‘as sold’, and your cooking appliance must be returned within 14 days of notifying Empire Direct. Any unwanted goods must be returned at your own expense.

You must gain authorisation from Empire Direct before returning your cooking appliance. It will not be accepted without an authorisation number.

A full refund will only be given once the cooking appliance has been inspected.

The cost of any missing accessories will be deducted from your refund.
