If the item you buy is being delivered to an address within the UK, you can expect to receive your order within three to five working days. Most items are sent via Initial City Link and will need to be signed for.

All items are delivered free of charge to most of the UK. A fee of £5.50 is charged for delivery to non-mainland UK addresses. This is included in the total at checkout when you click on the non-mainland UK delivery option.

If the item you have purchased is being delivered to an address within the UK, there is an express delivery option for an extra fee of £4.50. Larger orders may incur a higher charge, but you will be contacted in advance if this is the case. The express delivery option guarantees that your item will be dispatched on the same day as you order if the order is placed before 3.30pm, or the next day if after 3.30pm.
