Rapid Delivery is the service offered for the Co-op’s most popular products, and delivery by this method takes place within just two working days. Rapid Delivery products are highlighted with a distinctive logo at the side of the product on its description page.

Rapid Delivery includes the following features:

• Fast delivery to most mainland UK addresses (some exclusions apply – see website for details)
• You can choose your own delivery date
• The option to select your own delivery time slot on small kitchen appliances

Prices vary according to the size of the product and delivery time. The cheapest option is “All Day”. The next cheapest options are “AM” or “PM”, with the most expensive option being “Pre 10.30 AM”. All delivery rates are subsidised, enabling Co-op Electrical Shop to offer very competitive prices.

• Orders made on Monday before 8.30am will be delivered Tuesday
• Orders made on Tuesday before 8.30am will be delivered Wednesday
• Orders made on Wednesday before 8.30am will be delivered Thursday
• Orders made on Thursday before 8.30am will be delivered Friday
• Orders made from 8.31am Friday to 8.30 am Monday will be delivered Tuesday

You can choose to pay a £10 premium for Saturday delivery, which can be selected anytime up to 8.30am Friday.

Approximate delivery time slots are as follows:

• Morning delivery - 7am to 1pm
• Early afternoon - 12.00 mid day to 4pm
• Late afternoon - 4pm to 8pm

You may return your product within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. The refund amount will not include the delivery charge. In addition, if the item is not faulty, you are responsible for paying the full cost of return delivery.

Items must be returned in an unused condition with the original packaging along with the receipt or other valid proof of purchase.
