Buying Cooking Appliances from Amazon: Delivery Times/Postage and Packaing Costs

If your purchase is being delivered to an address within the UK, it will be sent by First Class post, Parcelforce or DHL Express.

If your order is worth over £15 and delivery is to a single UK address, you can take advantage of the Super Saver Delivery option. This enables your item(s) to be delivered free of charge. To qualify for free delivery, you must ensure that you choose this option when placing your order.

Items delivered using the Super Saver Delivery option will generally arrive two to five days later than the same order would if you opted for First Class Delivery.

When you place your order online, Amazon will give you an estimated delivery date based on the availability of your requested item(s) and the delivery option you select. If you place an order for more than one item, dispatch and delivery will not take place until all items are available.

Buying Cooking Appliances from Amazon: Returns and Refunds

If you return your purchase within thirty days of receipt you will receive a full refund, providing the product is returned unopened and in its original packaging. If items are returned opened, a refund will only be offered if the product is faulty.

If your purchase(s) are damaged on receipt, you can return the item(s) to Amazon within 30 days of receipt for exchange.

If the item is faulty, you have the right to return the product within a reasonable period of time. It is advisable to keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this may be needed should a fault occur.

If Amazon sends you an item you did not order (i.e. an ´incorrect´ item), you must go to the Returns Support Centre online and print out a personalised return label for your item. Send the incorrect item back using the personalised return label and Amazon will ensure that you are not charged for the item. You can then choose to be refunded, or to receive a replacement item.
