Krups – Introduction

Krups was founded in 1846, and for the first 110 years of its existence it focused exclusively on producing kitchen scales. Today, Krups is especially notable as a creator of coffee machines, but it also has a strong reputation for many types of high quality, hard-wearing kitchen appliances. Krups is a German brand, and its range of small kitchen appliances reflects Germany’s tradition of creating stylish, functional and well-designed products.

In 2001 Krups became part of Groupe SEB, a market leader in the small appliances sector, and has since continued to build on its success.
